Returns

If you wish to return or exchange your order, simply contact us. The package must be sent directly to us and not to a parcel shop. Our name and address must be clearly stated on the outside of the package.

Please note that the right of withdrawal is 14 days. The item must be returned in its original packaging.

You will receive a return label from us.

LivetsSider cannot be held responsible for or compensate for packages that are lost during return shipping, so please remember to keep your proof of postage.

Complaints

If you, as a consumer, wish to make a complaint regarding your purchase, you can contact us at info@pageoflife.com. We will do our best to find a solution.

If we are unable to find a solution, you can submit a complaint via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform:

Prices

In the event of delays, backorders, or sold-out items, we will endeavour to inform you as quickly as possible and explain what we can do to resolve the situation — for example, by issuing a refund or helping you find a similar product elsewhere.

Payment

Pages Of Life accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and MobilePay.

Payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been dispatched.

All prices include VAT.

Delivery

Pages Of Life aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Home delivery costs DKK 39.

Please note: If there is no available capacity at your selected collection point, your package may be redirected to the nearest available collection point. You will be notified if this happens. If you experience any problems, please contact customer service.

Orders are delivered on business days. Your order will normally be delivered within 1–5 business days after placing your order.

Right to Make a Complaint

You have a two-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This right applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing.

You can make a complaint regarding your order by emailing info@pageoflife.com.

If you have purchased a bundle, it is important that you specify which books you wish to return.

If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to have the item repaired or replaced, receive a refund, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific circumstances.

The right to make a complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product or service.

You must submit your complaint within a "reasonable period" after discovering the defect or issue. If you submit your complaint within two months of discovering the defect, it will always be considered to have been submitted within a reasonable period.

If your complaint is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs.

The item must always be returned in appropriate packaging. Please also remember to obtain proof of postage so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning your product so that we can make the process as easy as possible.

For returns, complaints, and use of your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@pageoflife.com. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as an exchange or refund.

Refunds

If a refund is required, please provide your bank details, including your registration number and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred.

This information can be provided by email or another electronic method, as it is not considered sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing your refund.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after you receive your order.

This means that you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

If you have purchased a bundle, it is important that you specify which books you wish to return.

You may also use the standard withdrawal form, which can be found at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept delivery without also notifying us.

If you withdraw from a purchase where a free gift was included with the order, the entire order must be returned. Alternatively, you may keep the free gift and receive a refund for the difference.

Condition of the Item When Returned

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.

In other words, you may examine the item in the same way as you would in a physical shop.

If the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the item's commercial value when we receive the return.

To receive a full refund, you may therefore inspect the item during the 30-day withdrawal period, but the item must not show clear signs of use.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction in the value of the item.

Privacy Policy

We require the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number, and email address.

We register and disclose the personal information necessary to deliver your order to you.

Personal information is registered with LivetsSider.dk and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process information solely on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors located within the EU or in countries that can provide an adequate level of protection for your personal information.

You have the right to know what personal information we process about you.

If you believe that your information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected.

In certain circumstances, we are required to delete your personal data if you request us to do so. This may, for example, apply if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected.
